My stay at the hotel was an enjoyable one. The rooms were spacious and clean, offering a nice view of the bay and cruise ships. However, the view from my room also included a multi-storey car park at the side of the hotel. The breakfast provided was a nice addition to the room.

I got lucky with a room that wouldn't be available till tomorrow, and it had a balcony with a view of the parking lots. It was quieter there, very clean, and had a view of the water, making my stay quite pleasant. Staff were wonderful and charming; they definitely take pride in their job and were very helpful. The location was perfect, right in the heart of old San Juan, ensuring I wouldn't miss a thing and had easy access to restaurants. Though the dining was pretty basic for the price, I could always head to the nearest café across the road for breakfast. Facilities were just what I needed for a comfortable stay.

The hotel is exactly like the ones I stayed at 8.5 years ago. The rooms are big, clean, and extremely comfortable, but there is an issue with considering a 14 yr old an adult.
